Terms of Service
Last updated July 20, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of the BRECHIN TDI website, the Teardown Intelligence system, and any evidence packs, memos, or other materials we share with you (together, the “Service”). By accessing the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by BRECHIN CAPITAL (“BRECHIN,” “we,” “us”). BRECHIN TDI prices part-out and disposition scenarios for business aircraft from realized used-serviceable-material (USM) sell-through and related evidence.
2. What the Service is — and is not
BRECHIN TDI is an analytical and advisory system, currently in validation. Its outputs are informational estimates intended to support a professional's own analysis. They are not investment advice, an appraisal, a solicitation, an offer to buy or sell any aircraft, engine, part, or security, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction. See our Disclaimer for detail.
3. Eligibility and access
The Service is intended for aviation professionals, operators, traders, lessors, and institutional counterparties. Access to non-public materials is granted by request and at our discretion. We may decline, suspend, or revoke access at any time, and you are responsible for keeping any access credentials confidential.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service beyond ordinary browsing;
- copy, resell, republish, or commercially exploit our memos, models, figures, or other outputs without written permission;
- reverse-engineer the methodology or attempt to derive our underlying models;
- misrepresent the outputs as an appraisal, audit, or endorsement; or
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Evidence packs and shared materials
Any evidence pack, sample memo, reference deal, or dataset we share is provided for your evaluation only, is confidential, and may contain illustrative or point-in-time figures. It may not be forwarded, published, or relied upon by third parties without our written consent.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its text, design, marks (BRECHIN, TDI), models, methodology, and generated outputs, is owned by BRECHIN and its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Except for the limited right to view and internally evaluate the Service, no rights are granted to you.
7. Third-party data
The Service references third-party and public sources (for example FAA, NTSB, JETNET, AMSTAT, ILS, PartsBase, and market data providers). Those sources are owned by their respective parties, are not endorsed by them, and we do not warrant their accuracy, completeness, or availability.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs are error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRECHIN and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or trading, acquisition, or disposition losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Any decision you make using the Service is made at your own risk.
10. Changes
We may modify the Service or these terms at any time. Material changes take effect when we post the updated terms with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BRECHIN CAPITAL is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Governing law / venue to be specified.]
